Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop sales plans, customer development plans, and strategies based on the sales targets set by the company. Identify potential customers and achieve sales performance indicators.
2.Gather and analyze local market information and competitor dynamics through various channels. Conduct market insights to assess the fit of our products with the industry and customers, and clarify the key products, industries, and customer segments.
3. Establish and maintain customer relationships, and assist in resolving issues related to product use, technology, and after-sales service for customers.
4. Create customer profiles to record key customer information, and coordinate the handling of customer orders, order reviews, contract execution, shipping, customs clearance, and other related matters.
5. Be responsible for promoting the company's silicone materials in the Indonesian market to increase the market share and brand image of the company's products in the local area.
6. Participate in local trade shows and other events to enhance the company's visibility and influence.
7. Be in charge of developing, managing, and maintaining local agents, and establishing good cooperative relationships with channel partners.
8. Supervise the sales activities of channel partners to ensure the achievement of channel sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of sales experience, knowledgeable about the properties and applications of silicone materials. with preference given to those with experience in silicone materials or chemical industry sales.
3. Familiar with the local market in Indonesia, and possess extensive customer resources in the local market.
4. Proficient in Indonesian, with the ability to conduct business communication fluently in English or Chinese.
5. Possess strong market analysis and sales planning capabilities.
6. Have strong communication and negotiation skills, and be good at interacting with people.
7. Maintain good professional ethics and business integrity, and be honest and trustworthy.
8. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and be highly goal-oriented in sales.
