Partner with hiring teams to set best-suited sourcing and hiring strategies, utilize timing and hiring resources effectively to find and attract talents, take initiatives to provide data-driven insight, solve challenges, produce solutions and drive for results and alignment in an efficient manner. 
Proactively source and engage with top tier talents to build a long-term pipeline 
Initiate actions and practices to improve hiring efficiency, promote employer branding, candidate experience and engagement.
Support with HRBP or other HR function matters sometimes.

A bachelor degree or above with 1+ years of working experience in staffing or consulting area
Strong Interest in people-oriented work, smart and self-motivated
Able to analyze, prioritize, articulate and communicate well
Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently
Relevant working experience from multinational high-tech companies, top tier executive sear
