1. Make full use of all recruiting channels, cooperate with departments to fulfill recruiting work in best times, and insure all recruitment action is to meet with related laws 充分利用招聘渠道，与各部门协调在最佳时间内补充人才，并符合相关法律要求。
2. Identify/analysis training needs and prepare annual training plan, training coordination internally and externally, Internal trainer role to facilitate the in house training resources识别、分析
3. Co-work to develop HR plans and deliver HR expertise for the company
4.Maintain and update HR polices and regulations to make sure it comply with the local and corporate laws
5.Help enhance co-workers' engagement, ensure high standard employees' performance, good result and business continuous development through effective communication and team work
Requirement岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree majored in HR management is preferred；2. 4+ years related experience in training, recruiting；3. Cross-culture communication skills；4. Good organizing ability and interpersonal skill；5. Good presentation skill
6. Good English in reading and written, good spoken English is preferred；
